Dubai is the reference clock because it is a physical-gold hub between London and East Asia. Shanghai, Mumbai, and Tokyo do not share that hour, and Nepal, Afghanistan, and Iran use half-hour or 45-minute offsets. The LBMA auction is still fixed to London, not to Dubai.

Does every country in Asia share one gold session?
